What is the cost for standard shipping?:

Shipping costs $9.95 for orders under $75. Orders $75 and over ship for free.

What shipping service is used for standard shipping?:

We use a variety of carriers and shipping methods to deliver your order safely, securely and quickly. In most cases, our standard shipping option means your order will ship with USPS Ground Advantage, but the actual carrier will be provided with your emailed Shipping Confirmation.

Oregon Parts online store carries similar parts to what I need, but I can't find the exact part number. Can you help?:

How do I qualify for Tax Exempt status?

Tax exemption must be set up with us prior to making purchases. Unfortunately, if you make a purchase before following the steps below, sales tax will not be reimbursed or refunded. To set that up:

1. Create a customer account on our website using your email address here: https://shop.oregonproducts.com/account/register

2. Send us an email with the name & email address you used to create your customer account and attach a copy of your tax exemption certificate. Our email address is: oregon@outdoorpowerdirect.com

3. Wait for approval. We will verify your certificate and update your new customer account as “tax exempt”. We will let you know when the update has been processed so you can log in to your account and make your purchase.

Please note: The first time you return to our website you may have to log out of your customer account and then log back in for the update to take effect. Additionally, you must be logged in for all future purchases in order for sales tax to be excluded from your total.
